The first meal of the day is breakfast. This should consist of a raw fruit and/or vegetables juice. Ensure that you include some super green food such as spirulina, or spinach.

The second meal of the day is lunch. This is a large bowl of at least seven foods such as: collards, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, watercress, kale, rocket, radicchio, fennel, carrots chard, turnips, parsnips, radishes, beetroot, celery, yams, sweet potatoes, cauliflower and swedes. Dress with olive oil and lemon and sprinkle some sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

For dinner prepare a stir fry with brown rice. Alternatively you can lightly steam your vegetables.
