How To Get A Six Pack In Less Than 1 Year!
By Christopher Gibbs

There are three factors that contribute to getting the ultimate set of abs. Those three factors consist of diet, cardio, and strength training your core area.

A lot of people are under the impression that they are eating healthy because they ate one salad for the whole day. That is not healthy at all. Then you have the people that eat two slices of pizza, and that’s all they have the whole day and they think that it is ok because it was the only thing they had. It’s not ok!

Under no circumstances should you be starving your self to lose weight, especially if what you really want is a six pack that is going to last. There is no way you can stay on a diet like that in the long run, as a result, the only thing that is going to happen is that you are going to go back to your regular eating habits and slow down your metabolism; thus, putting all that weight right back on.

On a week by week basis, you should only be losing 1-2 pounds a week. I did this by eating 6 smaller meals a day that consisted of 40 percent protein, 40 percent carbs, and 20 percent natural fats. When I first started this plan I was about 225 lbs. so I took in about 400 calories per meal. It’s been about 5 months and I’m now at 185 lbs.

Furthermore, cardio is very important if you really want an awesome set of abs. Everyday, you should be doing 30 minutes of cardio, either in the morning, right when you wake up, or after you are done working out. Right after you are done with your cardio is when you want to do your ab exercises though. It is really important to note that you want to make sure that you do 30 full minutes of cardio all in one time span. Don’t do 15 minutes here, and 15 minutes there. Also, make sure that you are jogging at a reasonable pace that you feel you can keep up with for 30 minutes.

You don’t want to be going so fast that you are out of breath in 8 minutes. Fat needs oxygen in order to burn and if you are out of breath you aren’t getting the oxygen that your body needs in order to do it’s job.

The last part of the equation is strength training your core area. Crunches and sit ups, just aren’t going to cut it. They’ll give you an improved set of abs, but not the best set of abs that you can possibly have. I recently bought Mike Geary’s book, The Truth About Six Pack Abs, and about two weeks after I started applying the principles in that book I really started to see noticeable results in my core area. I highly recommend his book, the information he shares is incredible and different than all the other junk out there.

With that said, I’m half way there to achieving my six pack, it’s been five months, and I’m sure i’ll reach my goal before 1 years time, I don’t see why you couldn’t do the same if you had the information I have. http://www.gotabs.info
