Super Fast Weight Loss - Here’s What You Do!

This is my take on things:

If we’re gonna lose some weight then let’s just get it over and done with as fast as possible.

None of this gradual “one pound a month” weight loss program stuff. I want it super fast!

I don’t know about you but I get impatient.

Well let’s look at how we might do this!

The absolute fastest, surest, guaranteed way to drop a lot of weight fast that I know of is to go on a water only or vegetable juice only fasting diet for a month.

I’ve seen it work and it really does get results… but you know what? It’s really hard on your body… I mean you can literally die on a fast like this.

And when it’s over you’ll most likely start eating voraciously. As your body demands food you’ll be powerless to deny it after all that deprivation… you’ll end up right back where you started and probably even heavier.

So here’s my recommendation on this one: Don’t do it!

Don’t go on a fast… you’ll probably kill yourself.

If you’ve been overweight for some time then chances are you’ve done a lot of damage to your body already… there are lots of systems just hanging on and depriving them of food could just be the trigger to kick off a major physical breakdown.

Here’s the trick:

You got to the overweight condition that just doesn’t seem to respond to any of your efforts to burn off that fat, through eating a diet rich in high glycemic foods… all those highly refined carbs like white bread and white rice and cookies and potatoes and pastries and coke and pop.

These foods are absorbed so fast into your bloodstream that your system just can’t handle them properly. The huge shot of blood sugar triggers a huge shot of insulin to move it into the muscles and you’re hungry again.

So you reach for another high GI snack because you know that’s what your brain (which is now low on blood sugar and panicking) is telling you to do. Your brain knows this will give it the sugar it needs in the shortest time.

Pretty soon you’re addicted to carbs, your muscles have become insensitive to insulin so the sugar gets turned into fat and you can’t stop those eating binges.

The secret is that you’ve got to kill that carb craving before you have even a slim chance of reversing this process.
