The yeast is a type of fungus. Yeast is commonly occurs on human skin and on the dank areas, like the mouth and vagina. In fact, up to 20% of women normally have yeast in the vaginal area.

Since we are talking about the yeast infection its must be mentioned that there is no a specific cause of yeast infection, there are many like simple stress in life, hormonal changes and transference through sexual intercourse.

2. The hormonal change is a key factor in the cause of yeast infection of pregnant or lactating women, and women who are menopausal. The same applies before and after menstruation cycles as this also promotes a significant hormonal upheaval.
3. Take antibiotics is one of the causes of yeast infection. This includes, if the overuse of antibiotics, and even normal usage of antibiotics. In brief, antibiotics are taken to kill off any bad bacteria in your body.
4. The most common cause of yeast infection for men is through sexual intercourse with an affected woman with yeast infection. This includes oral sex as well as vaginal sex.

1. Itching.
2. Discharge - usually is an odorless white thick cottage Cheese-like discharge.
3. Burning sensation around the effected area.

5. Burning sensation when passing urine.
6. Soreness around the vagina.
7. Redness around the effected area.
8. Irritation of the vaginal area.
9. Swelling of the vulva.
